A 20-year-old is preparing to launch a jacket potato business in Lincoln and says she is “excited to see how it all goes.” Evie-May Capps, of Woodhall Spa, has been working in the hospitality industry for several years despite her young age, and has always dreamed of having her own business.

She said: “I've worked in hospitality for eight years now. My sisters and I all worked at this café in Woodhall and it was just before my 13th birthday I worked there, I know it sounds really young.
