A VIOLENT criminal has been jailed for raping two young girls in Deal.

Steven Biggs, 42, of Owen Square, Deal, was found guilty of multiple offences following a three-day trial at Canterbury Crown Court.
The incident took place early in the morning of August 4, 2020, when Biggs encountered the two girls, aged 13 and 14, outside a residential property in Freemans Way, Deal. The victims had approached him in the front garden and asked him for a cigarette.
Biggs invited them into the house, and coerced one of the girls into a bedroom before raping her.
