More than 30 such artisans have carried on this tradition, producing handcrafted furniture and treen small handmade functional house hold objects made of wood - eagerly sought after by collectors.
Currently at Hansons, we're lucky to have a small but charming selec tion of these "Critters" in our saleroom. Highlights include a pair of classic nesting tables by Mouseman, and a beautifully crafted dining table and chairs by the whimsical Rabbitman all heading to our Iconic Auction in Derbyshire this June.
