SOUTH Derbyshire District Council has appointed a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver the brand-new leisure and office development in Swadlincote.

The new scheme, based on Cadley Park off William Nadin Way, will replace the existing Green Bank Leisure Centre and provide high quality office and conferencing facilities to the local area, creating a modern community hub that combines high-quality leisure facilities with flexible, sustainable office space.
Scheduled for completion in Spring 2028, the development represents a major investment in the future of the district.
