A DERBYSHIRE man has turned his life around after losing 9st 11lb, and even earned him a personal congratulations from a footballing legend.
Ian Hage, 56, used to weigh 20st 12lb, and said it had negatively impacted his life for some time before he decided to take action.
"I'd been unhappy with my weight for a while but didn’t really know what to do about it,” he said.
