DERBION OPENS SANTA'S GROTTO AND THE SNOWMAN EXPERIENCE
DERBY families have the chance to join festive fun in the city centre following the launch of a Santa's Grotto and the new “The Snowman” experience, based on the 1980s classic.
The event, taking place in Derbion shopping centre, launched last weekend and saw the first of hundreds of children enjoying the magical experience, which offers families the chance to step into the world of The Snowman.
They can relive the iconic moments from the story in an immersive winter wonderland where they will be feeling like they’re “Walking in the Air”.
Little ones can witness the much-loved characters come to life with a live interpretation of the famous tale, followed by an scenic journey through mesmerising scenes lifted straight from the story itself.
