Rams may be in pole position to land Conteh

DERBY County are tipped to beat Championship rivals to sign Kamil Conteh, according to a report.
Website EFL Analysis claim the 22-year-old has been targeted by several clubs, including Millwall and Oxford United as well as relegated Plymouth Argyle and their League One rivals Peterborough United.
However, the report says the Rams 'are set to win the race' for the midfielder who has spent the last 18 months with Bristol Rovers.
Born in London, the Sierra Leone international spent time in the youth set-ups at Crystal Palace and Watford and turned professional with the Hornets.
He made only one appearance for Watford and signed, after a successful trial, for Middlesbrough in the summer of 2022. But he was quickly loaned out to non-League side Gateshead. He signed for Grimsby Town in 2023 and then for Rovers only seven months later.
