Home Ownership has released a high-quality mix of twoand three-bedroom homes at Langley Chase that open the door to the property ladder for many who may have thought it was out of reach.Access to home ownership is greater through the scheme in Mackworth, where buyers buy a share of their home and pay rent on the remainder, with deposits calculated against that owned share, not the full market value.
The five-star homes, built in collaboration with esteemed developer Miller Homes, can then be staircased by residents up to 100 per cent ownership, which brings up mortgage payments to full value and eliminates rent entirely.
