GUN violence on the Cape Flats
GUN violence on the Cape Flats claimed two young lives yesterday morning in Eerste River and Parkwood.
Tragedy struck at a tuckshop in Springbok Street in Heather Park, Eerste River, at around 9.30am when gunmen opened fire at a group of mense.
An 18-year-old boy was gunned down in a hail of bullets and died on the scene.
Meanwhile, a 15-year-old laaitie and 38-year-old man were also struck and wounded in the incident and were rushed to hospital for medical treatment.
