TRIPLE MURDER ROCKS LENTEGEUR

AN INTENSIVE investigation is underway following the discovery of three dead bodies in a silver VW Polo on the corners of in Lentegeur yesterday morning at around 6am.

Residents woke up to the shock of two men and one woman found dead inside the parked car.

One of the bodies was found inside the boot in what is believed to be a gang-related incident.

Police spokesperson Colonel Andre Traut said that the victims are all in their twenties and each sustained fatal gunshot wounds.

Traut reported: “Preliminary information suggests that the incident is gang related.

“Detectives have been assigned to the case and are pursuing several leads in a bid to track down those responsible.”
