SPIERTIERE OFF TO FRANCE

President of the World Natural Bodybuilding South Africa (WNBBSA) Nicholas Pugin told the Daily Voice that the Natural Muscle Classique event, held at Glendale Secondary School in Rocklands Mitchells Plain on 6 September, had athletes pumped up.

Pugin said: “The athletes are always excited to be onstage. This is the one place where they can show everyone what they did in the gym, the hours of training, the food prep, etc.”

After all the flexing and posing, Kyle van Wyk, Milton Zavale and Benjamin Vunza were named as the top trio.
