Daily Voice
|July 28, 2025
THE taxi driver accused of stabbing a motorist in a road rage incident last month made his second appearance at the Cape Town Magistrates Court on Friday.
Applying for bail, Mthuthuzeli Skweza, 28, from Philippi handed himself over to police and has been in custody since 14 July.
The state is opposing bail as Mthuthuzeli is being charged with attempted murder.
He will stay in custody as the matter was postponed to Wednesday, 30 July 2025, for the state to present their case and documents required from the defense of the accused.
