Daily Voice
|December 05, 2025
THE murder trial against alleged underworld figure Nafiz Modack reached its final day of crossexamination, with the State painting a web of alleged hits, loyal lieutenants and criminal ties, while Modack stuck to his mantra: "It wasn't me".
The Western Cape High Court previously heard that Modack was allegedly linked to 18 SIM cards used in his phone in communication with co-accused, Zane Kilian, who faces charges of illegally intercepting cellphone information through the illegal LAD platform.
