1 cup IMBO Split Peas
2 Tbsp oil
500g -1kg beef pieces with bone in
3 large carrots
2 large garlic cloves
1/4 red pepper
2 green chillies
1 onion
1 tomato
1 potato
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup parsley
1 spring onion
