THE family of Mogamat Yusuf Daniel, who was shot and killed a week before his wedding, want justice after one of the accused's bid for bail is postponed.

- BY KIM SWARTZ

Morte Nelson was expected to apply for bail at the Wynberg Magistrates Court yesterday, however she only made a brief appearance after the court heard that her co-accused, Monray Martin, is still in custody under police guard.

The pair faces charges of murder following the death of Daniels, who was shot on 24 September after he was set up in a Facebook Marketplace scam.
