Dear James, Do you have any advice on finding work when you have a caution?
It happened in 2006 when I was defending myself from an assault. I regret it deeply and it's affected my career because I never even seem to get an interview. I always declare it. I've also just recovered from cancer and been given the all-clear. Will this affect my employability?
