Virgil vows he is ready to produce the goods

VIRGIL VAN DIJK has warned Manchester City ahead of tomorrow’s table-topping clash: I’m back to my best.
The Dutchman’s form dipped last season as Liverpool endured an inconsistent campaign to trail in fifth, outside the Champions League places for the first time since 2016.
The Reds skipper admits he did not perform to his usual high levels and is his own biggest critic.
But Van Dijk feels his form has returned as Liverpool look more like their old selves going into the showdown at the Etihad.
The center-half, who led Holland to Euro 2024 during the international break, said: “I just feel very good and I want to keep going.
“For me, the most important thing is how I feel, what my teammates feel about me, and especially the manager.
