TYSON'S DEFENCE OF DEFLATED BALL

TYSON FURY has backed Nick Ball to bounce back from his devastating world title defeat.

Ball was stopped by Brandon Figueroa in front of his home crowd in Liverpool on Saturday night.

The featherweight, who was Britain's longest-reigning male world champion, was behind on two of the judges’ scorecards when he was flattened by a stunning left hook (above) in the final round.

Ball scrambled back to his feet but was then put through the ropes by his challenger to inflict a first career defeat.

Ball had won his title against Raymond Ford two years ago and had made three defences before taking on former ruler Figueroa.
