Mbeumo can answer Amorim’s prayers
WHAT a cracker for punters tomorrow at 4.30pm with Premier League champions Liverpool taking on last year’s runners-up Arsenal.
Currently we have them as joint favourites to win this season’s Premier League title at 7-4.
And although us bookies love to hype up these games, it is far too early to call it a title decider.
In fact, I think we will still have joint favourites after this monster encounter, although I still believe that Manchester City will be in the shakeup come the end of the season too.
The last three matches at Anfield between these two giants have finished in draws, while the Gunners are winless in their last 12 visits to Anfield.
The last time Arsenal won at Liverpool was a 2-0 victory in September 2012 and current Gunners boss Mikel Arteta started in central midfield that day.
