TAYLOR: LATE HIT WAS GOAL FOR THE AGES

CALEB TAYLOR admitted his added-time winner was the stuff that dreams are made of as WYCOMBE maintained their challenge for a top-two spot.

Taylor's 92nd-minute strike (above) sealed a 1-0 victory against STEVENAGE that leaves them one point behind second-placed Wrexham.

The centre-back said: “I've never experienced that in my career, scoring a winner in the last minute. It’s such a good feeling.

“It was so important we won. It's the same with the next four games. So to get the goal that gets us the win, it's what dreams are made of.

“These are the games you want to play in, they are so important. Bolton away on Friday is going to be such a good atmosphere and then Charlton on Monday will be tough.”

BIRMINGHAM were confirmed as League One champions without kicking a ball after closest challengers WREXHAM were held 0-0 at WIGAN.
