PM sends 470 to COP29
PM Keir Starmer has been slammed for sending 470 people to the UN climate change summit in Azerbaijan.
The bloated British delegation includes seven ministers, eight private secretaries and four peers.
More than 100 civil servants from Ed Miliband's energy department are in Baku for the COP29 talks as well as 30 officials from No10.
