'That's the ugliest baby I have ever seen.. and so creepy with its eyes shut'
A "CREEPY" giant baby doll is spooking locals in a town square.
The 27ft tall puppet called Lilly was installed by council chiefs to encourage schoolkids to talk about the environment.
But locals say the figure, above, which opens and closes its eyes, resembles killer doll Chucky from horror movie Child's Play.
