The two camps go head-to-head today with new albums, a year after the Rotherham four-piece knocked Taylor Swift from Nol with their second full-length, What's Rock And Roll?

Singer Jonny Yerrell told me: "Now that we've had a Nol, it's like being a boxer who's won the world title. We really want to defend that title."

Jonny insisted he respects Middlesbrough-born James, below, saying: "I like James' music, and he's from a similar community to our band.
