Jails too full to take them
JUDGES have been told not to send some convicted criminals to jail due to prisons nearing capacity, a report claims.
Lord Edis, the senior presiding judge in England and Wales, has allegedly indicated sentencing of convicted criminals on bail be delayed from Monday.
