Palmer frustrated Wednesday couldn't give fans more to cheer
LIAM PALMER was frustrated he could not help add to the Hillsborough feelgood factor with a Sheffield Wednesday win.
Despite the 12-point deduction for entering administration, the party atmosphere was palpable as a season-high crowd of more than 27,000 turned up to celebrate the end of Dejphon Chansiri's disastrous decade-long reign.
The welcome developments off the pitch were not mirrored on it as the Championship's basement club gifted victory to their relegation rivals to leave them 16 points adrift of safety and destined to start next season in League One after a fourth straight defeat.
