PILOTS DIE AS TRUCK HIT
A SURVIVOR told how passengers were sent "flying everywhere" after a plane hit a fire engine on an airport runway, killing its two pilots.
The pair died instantly when the front of their jet was ripped to shreds in the smash at LaGuardia Airport in New York.
