LUKE LITTLER has warned his darts rivals that he has the hunger to chase down Phil Taylor's record of 16 world titles.

The 18-year-old swatted Gian van Veen aside 7-1 to become the first player since Gary Anderson in 2016 to win consecutive world crowns.

Despite barely being old enough to buy a pint, Littler also became just the fourth player to get to 10 PDC major titles and the first to scoop the new £1m Ally Pally first prize.

But ‘Luke the Nuke’ proclaimed he is only just getting warmed up.
