DAVID MOYES believes his Anfield curse must end soon as he braces for another trip to Liverpool.

- BY JOE THOMAS

The Everton manager has not won there in 22 visits a record that continues to haunt him given the importance of the Merseyside derby through much of his managerial career.

"It's coming, it's coming," he said ahead of the 247th instalment of the famous rivalry.

"That is the way I have to look at it. Some time it will come in the future."

It will be Moyes' 13th attempt to secure three points from the away dugout as Blues boss.

Everton have won at their fiercest rivals just once this century - a victory sealed under Carlo Ancelotti in front of the empty stands of lockdown.
