MOLLY McCANN is now looking at the big picture in and out of the octagon – which is fitting when you have a mural the size of a house to inspire you

‘Meatball’ is in the co-main event of UFC London tonight when she takes on Julija Stoliarenko at the O2 Arena.

The Liverpool flyweight had been on a three-fight winning streak before losing to top prospect Erin Blanchfield last November in New York City.

However, McCann has used the extra time away from the cage to take a step back, her bout with Lithuania’s Stoliarenko the first part of another big leap forward. She said: “I had been on this very high trajectory and it was a lot to have to deal with.
