DOC'S BODY FIX WARNING
MANY "qualified" cosmetic surgeons are ineligible to work as one in the NHS, says a leading doctor.
Maniram Ragbir, of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, said regulating the industry is "an absolute nightmare".
