Campaign for statue in home town
A CAMPAIGN has been launched to put up a statue in honour of Ricky Hatton in his home town.
Nearly 5,000 have signed an online petition calling for the ring king to be immortalised in bronze in Hyde, Greater Manchester, where he grew up to become a two-weight world champion.
