Probe grows on 'breach of medical records' at clinic

THREE members of staff at the clinic where the Princess of Wales had abdominal surgery could face prosecution for allegedly trying to access her medical records.

There was reportedly a potential data breach at The London Clinic which treated both Kate and King Charles in January.

If records were accessed without good reason staff are likely to face a police probe for breaching the 2018 Data Protection Act.
