FORMER Chelsea star John Terry fears he will have to give up on his dream of being a manager and insisted English bosses do not get the same chances.

Terry still works part time at Chelsea's academy, but has never been able to land a job as a manager and his ultimate ambition was to manage his old club.
He had a spell as an assistant at Aston Villa (inset), has come close to jobs but has got frustrated by not getting a chance.
