ARSENAL are on the verge of pinching Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze out of the grasp of rivals Tottenham.
The Gunners are set to offer £60m for the England attacker, who is understood to favour a move to the Emirates.
Mikel Arteta has given the green light to the approach after Kai Havertz (inset) suffered a knee injury, the severity of which is not yet known.
Spurs looked close to landing Eze, 27, after talks between chairman Daniel Levy and his Eagles counterpart Steve Parish.
