MONGYS WILD (8.30) can claim a fifth major trophy and underline his superstar status by winning the Arena Racing Company Cesarewitch over 731m at Central Park tonight.

Already a winner of the TV Trophy, St Leger, Golden Jacket and Regency, the Mark Wallis-trained powerhouse can reverse semifinal form with Deadly Disco in the £12,500-to-the-winner six-bend final, to be shown live on the Premier Greyhound Racing service.

Hove raider Deadly Disco represents the kennel of Richard Rees who won the first Cesarewitch when the famous race was moved to the Kent track in 2023, while the last two runnings have been won by Wallis courtesy of Garfiney Blaze.
