Owen's hurdler to level things up at Newmarket
SAIL in with the versatile EAST INDIA DOCK (4.10, nap) in the Listed Jockey Club Rose Bowl Stakes at Newmarket today.
The four-year-old, trained by James Owen (below), really took to hurdling in his novice campaign, notching three straight wins before finishing third in the Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
And the son of Golden Horn showed he still had great ability on the Flat too when landing the Chester Cup in May.
