LITTERERS should be shot, according to Jeremy Clarkson.

The Clarkson's Farm host said while did not believe in the death penalty, he would “make an exception” for lazy litter louts.

He said littering leaves the British countryside looking like La Paz in Bolivia which is the “litteriest city I've ever been to”.
