CLARETS IN MAXIME OVERDRIVE
Daily Star
|March 05, 2025
BURNLEY kept up the pressure on Sheffield United as Josh Brownhill and Maxime Esteve fired Scott Parker's high-flyers to a 2-1 win in Cardiff.

Brownhill put the visitors ahead after 19 minutes with a smart, cushioned right-foot finish from eight yards, converting Hannibal Mejbri's cross from the left.
Cardiff were almost level 10 minutes later as Callum O'Dowda set up Yousef Salech, only to see his shot come back off a post.
Zian Flemming should have done better for the Clarets with a header and from a quick break, Jaidon Anthony blasted over.
