LOUIS Tomlinson's son Freddie is going in One Direction - straight to the stage.

The former 1D star is taking a leaf out of his old mentor Simon Cowell's book by nurturing the talent he has spotted in his nine-year-old lad.
But Louis doesn't want him going down the boyband path - he wants him to be way cooler.
He shared: "I've definitely noticed him singing and humming to himself a little bit more. I am trying to encourage him to play the guitar and I think he is up for it.
