JENNIFER: I can't believe I get paid to do this

WORKING on Hollyoaks is easy money for Jennifer Metcalfe.

The actress puts in long hours to play gobby Mercedes McQueen on the soap, but it never feels like work.

Some days, she can't quite believe her luck that she gets paid to do it.

Jennifer admits: "Playing Mercedes is easy for me. I love it. I don't feel like I'm working.

"I feel like I go in every day, see people I love and p*** around.

"Then I get money in the bank for doing it. I always think, 'Well, that's all right, isn't it?' This is all I've ever wanted to do."

Even when she's filming tough storylines, Jennifer is still in her element.
