We won't go Frail with a week of rest

KEEPING BUSY Frail insists the players will be put through their paces to ensure they are physically ready for their return to Premiership action against Ross County in 10 days' time.

Motherwell lost 3-1 to Celtic on Sunday and Frail admits they will look at where they can improve and then they will put in the hard graft on the training pitch.

Frail said: "We'll analyse the game this week, we'll see where we can be better. Three really tough days after that where we'll be constantly working on things we need to improve on.

"There will be a physicality to it as well. We need to try to stay as fit as we can and work the players as hard as we can.
