Women say brute could have been stopped
A FIEND who duped and raped women he met on dating apps was reported to police nine times before his arrest.
Christopher Harkins was jailed for 12 years in July after being convicted of 19 sexual, violent and financial offences against women across Scotland from 2013-19.
Harkins, 38, preyed on those he stalked on Tinder while pretending to be a "perfect guy", targeting women who were smart and career-driven.
