WILLIAM and Kate are top of the toffs in a poll of the most popular royals.
More than three-quarters of people surveyed see the Prince and Princess of Wales, 43 and 44, in a favourable light.
But William's brother Harry, Duke of Sussex, scored 31 per cent, with his wife Meghan polling at 19 per cent - her lowest approval rating to date.
