A FORMER leader of Ukip in Scotland has denied he took payments from Russia in exchange for making pro-Putin statements in the European Parliament.
David Coburn, who served as an MEP for five years, is reportedly named in a series of messages between an alleged ally of the Russian security forces and disgraced ex-Reform UK politician Nathan Gill.
