TONY YOGANE believes changes to his diet and training mean he is finally off and running for Dundee.
The on-loan Brentford winger has struggled for game time since joining the Dark Blues at the end of June.
But Yogane was told by Dens boss Steven Pressley, who he worked alongside at the Bees, exactly what he needed to do to secure a place in the team.
The 20-year-old knuckled down and was rewarded with his first start since September against Rangers.
