Nicky's gelding can rise to challenge in the Arkle Trophy
-
TOP NOTCH Talk The Talk has already won in Grade 1 company
TALK THE TALK (1.20) has all the answers for Joseph O'Brien in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle.
The gelding oozed potential when finishing second to Kadastral on debut in a valuable Newbury bumper.
Moved to his current yard, he was then sent off as a well-backed 9-4 shot on his timber bow at Limerick.
He boosted his reputation by brushing aside Starting Fifteen despite a couple of minor mistakes. The bay put that debut to good use when powering clear from I’m Slippy in a Grade Three at Navan.
And he was then denied a probable Grade One breakthrough when falling at the last at Leopardstown.
The five-year-old made no mistake when outbattling the classy Ballyfad at the same level back there.
Team Munir/Souede's raider has a potent mix of class and guts so can bag a top-class renewal.
Henderson is a dab hand at winning the Arkle Trophy so I'm backing LULAMBA (2.0).
The gelding ended a terrific novice hurdle career beating Poniros in a Punchestown Grade One.
The Seven Barrows Ace decided to send his rising star over fences. That proved a wise decision as he jumped and galloped Fingle Bridge into submission at Exeter.
