LEANNE CRICHTON admits saying yes to becoming the new Rangers manager was one of the hardest decisions she has ever had to make.
Compensation was agreed with Glasgow City, where the former Scotland international was assistant boss, and the 37-year-old steps into the role vacated by Jo Potter this summer.
Crichton completed her Pro Licence this summer and said: "Making the decision wasn't an easy one.
