SKIPPER SIMON CAN GO FROM SICK TO SLICK
Daily Record
|September 30, 2025
STEVEN PRESSLEY is confident captain Simon Murray will be fit to lead Dundee at Aberdeen.
The Dark Blues captain missed the weekend defeat to St Mirren with a sickness bug.
Pressley is hopeful the experienced striker has now made a full recovery and will return to training today ahead of Sunday's trip to Pittodrie.
Dundee’s boss said: “Simon was a blow at the weekend. To lose him in the morning of the game was disappointing.
“He was sick for a lot of Saturday, sick when we arrived at the hotel for pre-match. He went home in a taxi and was sick a number more times in the evening. So it wasn't great, but hopefully he'll be fine.
