Mikel Arteta's routine for his first major cup final in nearly six years may be fairly ordinary, even if his team and their journey have been anything but.
The Arsenal manager is aiming to overcome his former employer and old mentor once again, in a game that could be the start of a glorious new era for the Gunners.
However, despite the meticulous planning, in-depth strategy and tactical preparations, the Spaniard will be keeping his morning programme exactly the same.
"For every game," he said when asked about his superstitions.
"It's not going to change for Sunday because normally I do the same pattern.
