LABOUR Deputy PM Angela Rayner has been a powerful voice for women and is one of the few genuine working class figures at the top of the UK Government.

But that doesn't excuse her from scrutiny over the mess she has made regarding tax on the purchase of her new house.
She faces calls to quit after she was forced to admit she underpaid stamp duty when buying a £800,000 flat on England's south coast.
The Housing Secretary said arrangements on her family home in Greater Manchester meant she should have paid a higher rate.
